The Visionary Zoom monocular appeals to me, being a gadget lover, it's a great little compliment to my digiscoping gear. Firstly it's rubber armored, with decent optics for nature viewing but here's the interesting bit - it's got super close focussing down to 30cm! It's really easy to use, you simply twist the eyepiece to select magnification - 7 to 21x then turn the focus ring to focus for super close-ups you simply slide the front barrel forward you are then ready to look at objects such as plants and insects at great detail. It's a very versatile bit of kit offering both high magnification and close-up study options.
